Bring your game.
Actively making a downloadable game with agents? We’d like to see it. Multiplayer would be great. Single-player is welcome too.

Play someone’s build and tell them what you think. You don’t need to be making a game to be a useful playtester.
Use the platform and tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what’s missing. It’s early. Your feedback will help.
From a build to a playtest
Getting people into your game shouldn’t mean passing around zip files and setting up a server every time.
Our API makes it easy to publish builds from your existing workflow. Your players install through the launcher and get updates when you ship them.
Trough starts your dedicated server in the cloud when you host a lobby. Invite players with a link.
Find the bits that need work, ship another build, and try again.

About the name
We know we’re making slop. That’s okay.
The point is to find the fun. Bring something rough, play each other’s games, and share what you learn. We’re building a community where we can help each other get better at making games.
About money
Trough doesn’t support buying or selling games yet. For now, it’s an incubator for developing games and finding the fun.
Share an early build, see how people play it, and use their feedback to decide what to try next.
A few things to know
Downloadable PC games made with the help of AI agents. This alpha is for Windows builds, not browser games. We’re especially interested in multiplayer games, but single-player games are welcome.
No. A playable build gives people something to try and you something to learn from. We’re looking for people actively working on a game, not just an idea for one.
A Windows client and a Linux headless server that follows Trough’s server contract. There’s a working Godot sample to start from. Trough runs the server when you host a lobby and closes it when the match is done.
Yes. We need people who’ll try other members’ games, give their makers useful feedback, and tell us how Trough itself could be better.
You build your game with the tools and agents you like. Trough handles getting builds to your players and hosting your multiplayer matches.
A small, invite-only alpha
We’re building an active Discord community for people making and playing agentic games. Share builds, find players for a match, and give each other useful feedback.
